It's more Far Cry and if you like the formula it's worth the £20-£30 it'll cost these days. For me, FC6 was disappointing though tbh. I haven't even come close to finishing it, and haven't even loaded it up in months. All the other Far Cry's I've played through several times, this one just doesn't do it for me. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is the best DLC I've ever played. just got it for 3 bucks on Steam, and holy cow its worth it. I absolutely love when video games don't take themselves too seriously (kinda like Borderlands). The cinematics are short and simple, and as soon as you're thrown into the revamped, (subtle, but different enough) environment No achievements. They are also useless in terms of progression. You can easily max out all the skills just by doing all the outposts, towers, collecting some letters and relics and going through the main quest. Whats worse is that once you max out the skills there is not further progression. There is too much experience for the game so there is Any recommendations welcome. 3 is a must play for the story. Mechanics might feel old but they're not that dated. I would say 5 too for the story and characters. Plus it’s on Xbox game pass if you have that. Also 6 is free on Luna until the 10th. I like the gameplay and graphics but the story of 5 is better. It is very easy, the gear system is mostly pointless, the writing starts out fun but dives in quality after a couple hours, the exploration is not interesting. Speaking of which, Far Cry 6 supports ray tracing at launch, with the ability to enable DXR reflections and DXR shadows. But because DXR shadows are kind of pointless and not worth the performance I definitely recommend it, but personally I don't get the hype for the gameplay, 3 is the only far cry I got bored of before completing the story (excluding instincts, evolution, etc. I like to pretend those don't exist), but I also did start playing it not too long after beating 2 so that might have effected my experience, but overall i would Sounds more like u want far cry 5 but i would say i enjoyed borderlands 3 way more. Never really enjoyed any of the far cry except 3 tbh. Just felt mediocre in all aspects. Whereas borderlands maybe doesnt have all the stuff ur talking about theres tons of fun weapons and quests to do. For me its an easy borderlands 3.
